Our February virtual class is shaping up to be a fun evening of delicious cooking!
On February 10th at 6pm, Chef Ali Waks Adams will lead us in an evening of culinary fun as we prepare Pan Roasted Chicken with Preserved Lemons and Olives with a Winter Vegetable Tagine. Doesn’t that sound amazing? She will be joined by Chef Christine Burns Rudalevige who will be chatting with the audience and Ali while also sharing her kitchen tips.
