Some of Maine’s best chefs are raising money for our free medical, dental and prescription services, and we hope you will join them!
It is going to be a long winter, and we thought this would be a fun way to bring people together through the joy of cooking while supporting the work we do at Oasis.
This virtual cooking class series will be held over Zoom. You will be able to join from the comfort of your own kitchen and cook along with Maine’s leading chefs. A few days before the class, you will receive an email with the evening’s recipes and ingredient list.
During the class, you can follow along or watch and learn — it’s up to you! While they are cooking, the chefs will share techniques they’ve perfected over the years, share stories and answer your questions. It may be tricky to go out to eat right now, so we’ve brought dinner to you!
